Alright -you know you're the worst when you forget who hosts your blog. I just sat staring at the screen: "ummm".
So my news is that I'm volunteering for RESOLVE's Advocacy Day! I'll be coordinating the state visits for those who cannot make it to the event in Washington DC on May 5th. I'm very excited about this and it's actually helping me come out of the closet. As some of you may remember (or care? ha!) I've been very deeply held behind those closet doors by my own shame, but I'm coming out little by little - I even talked about it at the playground yesterday - these are huge strides for me.
During a conference call Tuesday regarding Advocacy Day, IVFConnections was mentioned. I haven't been there in a million years, so decided to check it out. Wow - has that site changed! I read one woman's story and immediately thought of two people I know who should be tested for Celiac. I can't believe the hell this woman went through.
So if I don't publish this incredibly disjointed post now, I never will. I just wanted to share the Celiac story and let you all know about Advocacy Day. As for me/us - we're well, love the new house and town. It's definitely not been a very difficult transition, now we just need to sell the old house - ouch!

Hello! I know you don’t know me, but we’ve got something in common. I got your blog address off the Stirrup Queen’s blogroll and was wondering if you wouldn’t mind helping me help a couple who is trying to add a little one to their family. We’re holding a silent auction for them this weekend (Friday and Saturday) on goteamwitt.blogspot.com and need help getting the word out! We would love it if you would spread the word via social media or here on your blog. Additionally, we are always looking for more donations to auction off, so if you or someone you know might be interested in making a donation, all the information is under the donate tab. If you have any questions or would be willing to post a pre-written blog post about the auction and the sponsored couple, please contact Kristin at goteamwitt@gmail.com Thanks in advance for taking the time to consider this!
